Morrell Builders has been a successful residential developer for over fifty years. A family organization spanning three generations, Morrell Builders has built more than 2000 residential homes in the Rochester, Maryland, & Florida areas. Owned and managed by Scott & Jeff Morrell, our residential focus in the Rochester area has been supported by excellent customer, agent, and community feedback throughout the years.

We're also honored to have been the recipients of such industry awards as, the Envy award for our Camden Hills community deemed the "Best in New York State," Rochester Home Builders Association's Home Builder of the Year Award for outstanding leadership, dedication to the industry, and the highest commitment to both customers and the community at large and the Blue Ribbon for "Best of Show" at the 2006 Homaroma.

Meeting the demands of today's customer, Morrell Builders performs the site acquisition, subdivision layout, site improvement, and home construction as one contiguous project. With features such as dedicated conservation easements, park-like open space, sidewalks, street lighting and private back yards, we pride ourselves on the careful, creative planning that goes into our neighborhoods to ensure an outstanding community experience.
