We are a developer in the Pittsford-Victor/Ontario County area looking for a Project Coordinator / Customer Relations Manager to join our team. Successful Construction Superintendents are highly motivated, team-oriented and are able to handle the pressures of a fast paced environment while multi-tasking and successfully completing assignments with accuracy and professionalism.

 

In this roll there will be heavy interaction with designers, project managers, contractors, and customers. You will be expected to schedule and coordinate meetings as well as record information to distribute to the proper departments. You must have basic understandings of how the construction process works. You will monitor selections and orders for the project managers. You will follow up with customers on deadlines and signatures on those selections. You will also need to take that information and format it to our job process format.

 

Skills:

  • Experience in Excel and Outlook applications
  • Intrinsic knowledge of the construction and building process
  • Customer service and strong communications skills are a must
  • Basic blueprint and project management knowledge a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers from contract to closings
  • Manage appointment schedule and deadlines for the customer as well as Project Managers
  • Work with the customers through their selection process
  • Record and organize meeting notes, dictate responsibility of those notes, and track completion
  • Assist realtors during the contract process
  • Coordinate closing with customers and attorneys

Construction Assistant

Full Time Position

To us, a successful Construction Assistant is experienced and highly motivated. They are team-oriented and are able to handle the pressures of a fast paced environment while multi-tasking and successfully completing assignments with accuracy and professionalism.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • Perform account analysis, account reconciliations, and related journal entries
  • Maintain Insurance Certificates and Contracts with Vendors
  • Participate in annual budget process
  • Assist in Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Reporting
  • Light office administrative duties

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 year accounting degree, industry knowledge helpful. Proficiency in Excel is necessary.
