The townhomes are located at the south end of the community, where they offer breath-taking views. The 1,400 to 1,800 square foot townhomes feature open floor plans, two or three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, and walk–outs, with an additional 1,000+ square feet on a lower level living ready for finishing. In all new homes, Inde Design Studio’s designers expertly guide you in choosing beautiful, coordinating finishes in their one-stop, full-service showroom.
Lakewood Meadows is an ideal community with 130 acres of open space, park areas, trails, and lakeview pavilions. Five miles of walking, hiking or jogging trails cross wildflower meadows, woodlands, and lake-viewing areas.
Morrell Builders works directly with The Inde Design Studio to take the stress from the overwhelming choices and decision making needed when building a new home. Inde is a 5,000 square-foot state-of-the-art kitchen and bath design studio located in Victor. Upon contract, a designer personally walks client through all finish and design selections. The Inde production team installs all finishes, working closely with the designer.
The Inde Studio offers a true end-to-end process for designing new homes.

About Our Townhomes
Our cottage homes offer single floor living to families and empty nesters at it’s finest in a quiet neighborhood. Lakewood Meadows features private trails, wooded lots and beautiful lake views.
The Townhomes at Lakewood can be found by following Route 332 South into Canandaigua. Turn right onto Routes 5 & 20. Turn left onto Middle Cheshire Road. Lakewood Meadows main entrance will be located 2.5 miles on the left. Continue straight and make a right on St. James Parkway(at the red barn).
